Inchicore Gains All Important Black Type At Lyon Parilly 08/11/21

AppleTree had a fantastic result in France this afternoon when Inchicore (Galileo x Luas Line) gained the all important black type when finishing 3rd in the Listed Prix du Grand Camp over 1m4f at Lyon Parilly. The Alan King trained filly as been unlucky not to achieve this before having finished 4th in a couple of G3's earlier on in the season.  Inchicore is the type of filly that will improve with time and further she will be a better 5yo. She is in the December mares sale at Tattersalls and goes through the ring on Tuesday 30/11/21 lot 1610.

Invincibly Follows Up At Newcastle 26/1021

INVINCIBLY followed up his Ayr win in fine style at Newcastle making virtually all the running under a well judge ride from Clifford Lee to win the MansionBet Beaten By A Head Handicap over 1m. The Karl Burke trained 3yo broke well and made his way over to the stands side, Clifford measured the fractions to perfection holding off Bringitonboris by a neck. INVINCIBLY looks progressive and we will probably give him another run with a view to seeing can he shape into an all-weather finals candidate.

Invincibly Breaks His Maiden At Ayr 16/09/21

INVINCIBLY got off the mark yesterday at Ayr in the Luxury Breaks At Western House Hotel Handicap (Div II) over a mile under a fine ride by Paul Mulrennan. The Karl Burke trained gelding has been a little frustrating in the past, he had a wind op after not producing the same level of form at 3 that he showed at 2. The operation seems to have done the trick having followed up his good second with a win. Paul Mulrennan was majestic on the 3yo gelding after making a decisive decision to go to the front early and control the race. The fractions were set perfectly and INVINCIBLY held on by a head from Tilsitt .We hope the result can give the horse some confidence and he can go on from here and back up the win. We would also like to thank Karl Burke who has always had faith in INVINCIBLY, he was our first winner with Karl lets hope there are more to come.

Another Home Bred Winner For AppleTree 12/08/20

Surprise Exhibit (Showcasing x Astonishing) became the 4th individual home bred winner from 5 runners for AppleTree today when our 2 yo colt won the British Stallion Studs EBF Whiston Maiden Stakes over 1M at Wolverhampton. The 5th horse and the only 1 not to win from the Quintet of runners is Surprise Exhibit's half brother Gold Maze, he is 103 rated maiden and runs at the Curragh on Friday. Surprise Exhibit made all to win by a comfortable 3 3/4 lengths from Envega, the race on paper looked interesting as there were some well bred individuals taking part in the form of King Frankel who is a full brother to 116 rated EMINENT and Summer Power a half brother to 112 rated MILDENBERGER. Archie has suggested an entry in the listed Stone Henge Stakes at Salisbury on Friday week providing he comes out of his race well.
